Partner Terms
Last updated: 24 August 2026
1. Who this is between
These terms are between GoGetCab, Pune, Maharashtra, India ("GoGetCab", "we") and the cab or travel business that signs in to the partner app ("you"). By accepting an invite and using the app, you agree to them.
2. What we do
We collect enquiries from customers through our booking form and our advertising on Instagram and Facebook, and pass them to partners who can serve them. We introduce customers to you. We do not operate vehicles, employ drivers, set your fares, or take part in the trip.
3. What you agree to do
- Hold every licence, permit, and insurance the law requires for the vehicles and trips you run
- Contact customers promptly and professionally, and quote fares honestly
- Keep your profile accurate — vehicles, services, cities, and working hours
- Turn off Accept new enquiries when you cannot serve leads, rather than ignoring them
- Use customer details only to serve that enquiry, and never resell or share them
- Not use the app to send marketing unrelated to the enquiry
4. Customer data
Enquiry details, including the customer's name and phone number, are shared with you for one purpose: serving that enquiry. You are responsible for how you handle them once you receive them, including complying with applicable data-protection law. If a customer asks you to erase their details, do it, and tell us. See our privacy policy.
5. Leads are shared, not exclusive
The same enquiry is offered to every partner it matches, and up to six of them can accept it. The customer then chooses who to book. Accepting an enquiry buys you the customer's contact details and the chance to win the work — it does not buy exclusivity. We do not guarantee any number of enquiries, their quality, that a customer will answer, or that a trip will result.
6. Fees
You pay per enquiry you accept. There is no subscription, no joining fee and no commission on the fare you agree with the customer.
- Seeing an enquiry is free. Every enquiry that matches you is offered to you at no charge, with the customer's contact details withheld.
- Accepting one costs ₹10. That is deducted from your wallet at the moment you accept, and the customer's phone number is released to you immediately.
- Only the first six partners can accept an enquiry. After six have taken it, it is marked sold out and nobody else is charged for it. If you were not one of the six, you pay nothing.
- You pay in advance. Top up your wallet by UPI or card through Razorpay, or by paying us directly and asking us to credit it. We do not invoice you afterwards and we cannot take money you have not already added.
- Unusable enquiries are refunded. If a number is wrong, unreachable or plainly not a genuine enquiry, report it in the app and the ₹10 goes back to your wallet. We may review accounts that report an unusual proportion of enquiries.
- Taxes. Any taxes that apply are shown before you pay and are additional to the amounts above unless stated otherwise.
- Unused balance. Your wallet balance stays yours. Ask us and we will refund what is left, less anything already spent on enquiries you accepted.
We may change the price. If we do, we will tell you in the app at least 7 days beforehand, and the new price applies only to enquiries you accept after it takes effect.
7. Suspension and ending the agreement
You can stop at any time: turn off incoming enquiries, or ask us to delete your account from Profile → Security or through support.
We may pause or close your account if you break these terms, if customers report you for conduct or safety reasons, or if we stop operating in your area. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first.
8. Liability
The trip is a contract between you and the customer. We are not liable for the trip, the vehicle, the driver's conduct, loss or damage to property, or any dispute over fares. The app is provided as is, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free.
Where we are liable to you for anything arising out of these terms, our total liability is limited to the lead fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Changes
If we change these terms we will update the date above and notify you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Pune, Maharashtra having jurisdiction. Questions: admin@clevermiss.com.
