Who we are
GoGetCab ("we", "us") is operated by GoGetCab, Pune, Maharashtra, India. For any privacy question or request, contact admin@clevermiss.com.
What we collect
When you send a cab enquiry — either on this website or through a lead form on Instagram or Facebook — we receive the details you entered:
- Your name and phone number, which is all the booking form on this website asks for
- The type of vehicle you want, if you chose one
- Trip details, where a form asked for them: pickup city, drop location, date and time, passengers, budget and any notes you added
- Your email address, if the form you used asked for it
We do not collect payment details, government identifiers, or precise location data.
Why we collect it, and who receives it
We exist to connect you with cab and travel businesses who can run your trip. When you send an enquiry, we share the details above with a small number of registered partners so they can contact you with fares — normally by WhatsApp, call, or SMS, using the number you provided. Sending an enquiry is your request to be contacted by those partners.
We do not sell your data for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone other than the cab partners matched to your enquiry and the service providers described below.
Where the data comes from
If you filled in a lead form on Instagram or Facebook, Meta passes those answers to us through the Meta Lead Ads API. Meta's own handling of your data is covered by their privacy policy, not ours.
Service providers
We use Railway to host this service and store enquiry records, and Razorpay to take partner payments. Partners contact you over WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for 12 months so partners can follow up and so we can resolve disputes, then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct it
- Ask us to delete it — see data deletion
- Tell a partner to stop contacting you, or tell us and we will pass it on

Security
Data is sent over HTTPS and access to enquiry records is limited to matched partners and our staff. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
Children
This service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we update this policy we will change the date at the top and publish the new version at this address.
