Data deletion instructions

Request deletion

Email admin@clevermiss.com with the subject Delete my data, from the address you used or including the phone number you submitted. We need the phone number to find your enquiry.

We will confirm and delete your records within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your name, phone number, pickup city, and email if provided
• Your trip details and notes
• The record of which cab partners received your enquiry

Partners who already received your enquiry hold their own copy. We will notify them of your request, and you can also ask them directly to erase it.

Removing the app's access on Meta

If you reached us through an Instagram or Facebook lead form and want to revoke the app's access, open Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, select this app, and remove it. That stops future data sharing but does not delete enquiries already submitted — email us for those.
